ClutterLogix is an AI-powered home inventory management platform that helps you:

• Create visual inventories with photo uploads
• Generate automatic descriptions and tags using AI
• Search and organize your belongings
• Export your data in CSV format
• Share inventories with family members (Pro plan)
• Generate insurance and moving reports (Pro plan)

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You're responsible for keeping your account secure
• One account per person - sharing accounts is not allowed
• By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 13 years old

Free Plan - $0/month

• 100 items
• AI auto-tagging
• CSV export

Plus Plan - $4.99/month

• 5,000 items
• All Free features

Pro Plan - $9.99/month

• Unlimited items
• All Plus features
• Insurance reports
• Family sharing (up to 4 members)

Professional Plans (Coming Q2 2025)

• Organizer: $29/month
• Mover Pro: $59/month
• Enterprise: Custom pricing

Billing:

• Payments processed through Stripe
• Automatic recurring billing
• Cancel anytime
• Refunds handled case-by-case

5. Family Sharing (Pro Feature)

• Pro users can create family groups with up to 4 members
• Family owners control access and permissions
• All family members must agree to these terms
• Family owners are responsible for their members' actions

6. Acceptable Use

You may:

• Use ClutterLogix for personal inventory management
• Share data with family members (with their consent)
• Export your data

You may not:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Try to hack or break our security
• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission
• Share your account with others
• Reverse engineer our software

7. Your Content

• You own the photos and descriptions you upload
• You give us permission to store and process your content to provide our service
• AI-generated descriptions and tags are considered part of your content
• You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload all content

8. Our Rights

• ClutterLogix and our technology are our intellectual property
• We may update our service and these terms
• We can terminate accounts that violate these terms
• We'll try to give you notice of important changes

9. Service Availability

• We aim for high uptime but can't guarantee the service will always be available
• We may need to perform maintenance
• We're not responsible if the service is temporarily unavailable

10. Limitation of Liability

• ClutterLogix is provided "as is" without warranties
• We're not liable for any indirect damages
• Our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months
• You're responsible for backing up your important data

11. Termination

• You can delete your account anytime
• We recommend exporting your data before deletion
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Paid subscriptions continue until the end of your billing period

13. Changes to Terms
